I suggest keeping lots of fruits and vegetables on your list. You need to eat some fish and meat. But eating too much fish or meat could be a reason for gaining weight. Besides food habits, you need to be aware of your physical activities. For that, you need to wake up very early in the morning. You will feel so fresh and light when you wake up early. That will give you a good feel for the entire day. Then you should go for a morning walk. After the morning walk, you should eat breakfast with some fat-free foods. I suggest eating eggs and milk in the morning. You can join a gym if you want to get a good shape for your body. When someone wants to get good health then they need to follow these rules of good health.
